New to BP
Hello, I am new to BP. Brief intro, my husband and I are investors in Michigan. He is a licensed contractor/ builder and we specialize in rentals. We have a few free and clears and looking for funding to increase our portfolio. We are planning to purchase at least three more single family homes this year for rentals and to flip. We also desire to get into the wholesaling market. Excited to learn and provide feedback from our experience.
