Baby Steps for New Investor

Aloha from Boise!

The past few months I have been obsessed with learning everything I can about REI. Of course it all started with Rid Dad Poor Dad & ABC's of Real Estate Investing (wanted to jump right in with multi family apartments) then off to one of the seminars I went. Shiny object syndrome took over! SQUIRREL! Thankfully I did not put 30k on credit cards for the "system". After I came down from the seminar high, I found Bigger Pockets.

I still find myself suffering from shiny object syndrome, so I have decided to turn my primary residence into an income property. My first baby step into the world of REI. Next step, house hack into my next property. Rinse & Repeat!

Thank you BP!

Josh
