New to Real Estate Investing

HELLO!!!

My name is Latoya Long,

I've been in the mortgage industry for a little over 3 years. My degree is in Economics. I have always wanted to do Real Estate Investing, so I finally started listening to podcasts (that's how I found you guys), ebooks and researching online. Once I started to realize that I could start this now I continued researching, then joined the different REI social groups. I found out about Chris Goff's seminar and attended that this past weekend and although I still need to continue my research to make sure I have as much knowledge as possible; I have started finding leads, and networking already. I trying to build a power team and lead generation.

Originally I was just interested in wholesaling, but I am now open to seller financing, lease options and straight options.
