Hello BP community.  I have been reading and learning here periodically a few months now.  Decided to get more involved and figured it was time for an introduction.

I retired from a major fortune 100 company in 2013, and decided in 2014 rather than lay on the beach all day perhaps I should do some real estate investing.  So far I have been buy and hold, but may try other aspects as I get more comfortable.

I own 4 rental properties now, and my plan is to expand that in 2015.
