Hi BP,

      My name is Jon and im from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.  Brand new into real estate but very eager to learn as much as I can.  Im 27 and I currently own my own hvac business.  I love working on homes and its a real passion of mine.   I really want to begin flipping houses and then do some buy and holds later on in life.  I have a lot of good contractor freinds and contacts from over the years but dont know much as far as real estate goes.  Recently ive been looking at distressed properties and auction homes.  Trying to learn as much as possible here on BP so hopefully I an start my dream career
