Hi all, My name is Ken Green and I'm excited to join BP but feel I may be lonely here as I'm Canadian. However, I'm sure there are other Torontonians investing in the U.S. I've been investing in buy & hold properties in the Toronto area over the last couple of years but want to now build a portfolio of buy & hold properties in selected U.S. markets. I'm also interested in doing some flips as well. If I recall correctly, I stumbled onto BiggerPockets via YouTube and have since been listening to some of the podcasts in my free time. Awesome information and learning from the podcasts and blogs. Looking forward to networking with a lot of you soon!
