Hi I started in investing in 2007 with short sales but that all crashed and i kept my day job. Unfortunately my day job went away and in 2011 I was involuntarily retired. I've been waiting for real estate market to come back and feel it has. I'm starting with wholesaling as I need to develop cash cushion and build contacts to get fully involved. I'm also an attorney with a lot of varied experience so feel free to ask and I will try to help, no charge. I hope this forum can help me get up to speed as a lot has changed.
