Hello All,

I am new to real estate investing and look forward to meeting others getting involved in it as well. I live on Long Island in NY, I work full time so the plan is to do this part time until I am able to do it full time. Hopefully within a year or so, I also have my own business as well so this is not the only thing I do. thanks
