Hello BP from Las Vegas

Greetings everyone!

I'm Jason and I currently live in Las Vegas however I won't be investing here just yet. Sadly, my current job doesn't pay me enough to qualify for anything within the parameters of how I want to begin this wonderful journey into the world of real estate investing!

I was recently able to do a cash out refinance on my primary residence which will allow me to begin this journey. I'm thinking the best way for me to add to that cash flow is to flip a few properties first but it has been difficult to find anything in my home market. So I decided to look at my other home market, New Jersey (which is why my profile says I'm from there). I've seen some promising properties but have yet to be able to purchase one for a variety of reasons.

I'm very willing to do this where ever I can afford to so I'd love to hear from some of you about your markets and if there is room for one more flipper there.

Thanks for reading! Speaking of reading, lots more for me to do around here so off I go!

@Jason Dayne, Dude, you need to be wholesaling properties until you generate enough cash flow to do something different.  I recently just completed a marketing campaign for one of the big boys in Vegas.  I absolutely amazed at the results.  What I mean by that is, you are in a perfect market to make deals happen.  Don't be afraid to step out and make it happen. @David Semer is so right...Get to those meetings.  Develop confidence and do your first deal, the rest is history.
