Newbie in Kansas City, MO

Hello everyone! My name is Maria and I am looking to get into the REI world in my area, and hopefully expand to other areas. I am currently working full time in corporate america. I would like to get out, but that is a long way down the road. I enjoy traveling so obtaining properties in other areas is something I'm definitely interested in. I am still reading a few books and blogs before making my first purchase which I plan to be a duplex or 4-plex that I will reside in. Thanks for reading! :-)
