Hi all.

BP was recently recommended to me.  I had poked around in the past, but never joined -- why?  Who knows.  Silly now that I know all the GREAT information here.

Currently, I work as a business consultant and that keeps me very busy.  I've been investing in addition to my day job for about a year.  My have several rental properties in my portfolio currently and would like to grow this.  I have not done any "flips" -- I just haven't found the right opportunity (a function of my learning curve and funding challenges). 

I would welcome an opportunity to connect with fellow investors in Richmond, VA and beyond. Any tips on connecting with private money lenders would be appreciated. I have connected with my local hard money lenders.
