Hello! My name is Robert. I'm from Jacksonville, FL. I hold a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and currently work in S. Korea. While in S. Korea, I found a meetup group for REI. Through that team I found BiggerPockets.
I started in real estate in 2004, when I bought my first SFH. Since then I have bought 9 SFH, sold some, renovated others and held onto 5 SFH rentals. My goal in real estate is to acquire a large MF property (at least 100 units) and earn $250K/yr passively.
