Glad I found the site! Newbie from Memphis, TN!
Hello everyone! My name is Michael Hayes from Memphis, TN. I am, sort of, a born-again investor. I started investing when I was in college under the guidance of my sister who is an agent. I flipped my first property and took that cash to look for buy and hold properties. I eventually held 3 properties for a couple of years before I decided to sell them. A few years later and I am back in the game with a new outlook on my investment goals and a brand new set of skills and a deeper knowledge base to keep me on track. I joined the Memphis Investors Group (MIG) and quickly learned about wholesaling! I had no idea what this was before joining. Skip ahead 2 months later and now I am pursuing a business in wholesale real estate! I eventually would like to build my portfolio of rental properties in the coming months.
