Everyone,

I've been wholesaling since Jan, but have held several rental properties for years. My wife and I have sold all but one. I wanted to get out of the Landlord business, and was introduced to wholesaling and love it!!!

I operate in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), but mainly Maryland.
