New Member south and west of Austin
I'm Evan, new to the site and as an REI.
The Austin market is tight with so many ground pounders, but the outskirts are booming and this is the place where I have time to find an research deals.
I aim to find multi-family and fix/flip properties.
Also, many thanks to @Joshua D. and @Brandon Turner for their continued diligence to build BiggerPockets.com without selling out. I have been in podcast marathon mode for 3 days...and with a radio background, I am familiar with technique on mic. Not bad gents, not bad, lol.
