I'm Evan, new to the site and as an REI.

The Austin market is tight with so many ground pounders, but the outskirts are booming and this is the place where I have time to find an research deals. 

I aim to find multi-family and fix/flip properties.

Also, many thanks to @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for their continued diligence to build BiggerPockets.com without selling out. I have been in podcast marathon mode for 3 days...and with a radio background, I am familiar with technique on mic. Not bad gents, not bad, lol.
