I forgot to do this
Good evening BP! Forgive me but I forgot to do the introduction when I first joined, so here it is. I'm new to all of this and trying to learn as much as I can from mentors, books and forums. I'm looking to do residential multi families to start out and then in a few years go into commercial multi family and flipping. Maybe some kind of private lending some day too! :) Well I wish yall the very best and feel free to give me any advice that you want. I look forward to hearing from as many of you guys as possible!!
