Hi BP Fam!

I'm Ked Thornton, new to real estate investing. I'm hoping Bigger Pockets will be an valuable resource for me and help me to grow my business.

I am currently studying for a Masters in Real Estate Development. My undergrad is in Architecture.

I have started to lay the ground work for my own real estate development company. I plan to be a licensed real estate agent by the end of the summer and be well into executing my first multi-family buy and hold project.

I'm sure this community will be a great help to me in these endeavors. If anyone here has word of wisdom to offer, it is greatly appreciated.
