New to the site from Norfolk, VA
Hello, my name is Gregory DiFranco. I am not to to Real Estate investment, however I am ready to start making a big push for more. I am currently working with a partner to build our combined real estate portfolio so that we can have a self sustaining income in about 6 years.
For current investments, I own a single family property in Florida that my wife and I flipped and are now renting out. My partner owns 2 single family properties, and one condo. We are looking to get into multifamily properties primarily, but also want to use the experience we gained from flipping houses to find a deal or investment in anything that may come up.
I am joining this site to network and find people who have more experience than me who can offer advice as I move forward, and maybe partner up to make a deal happen. I look forward to talking to you all.
