newbie fix and flip in memphis
Hello
I'm a real estate agent in Memphis looking to find a fix and flip now that I unfortunately (inheritance) have funding to do it all cash. Looks like I might have missed a bit of a window since I can't find any really good looking deals on the MLS. I've visited properties before I though would have been great opportunities below market that clients couldn't purchase due to condition, but nothing now.
I suppose I'll have to try internet lead gen or driving or maybe finding a wholesaler or bird dog person. I have a fair amount of experience with internet lead generation.
Also previously practiced law so that may help a little.
