I am a proud new member of Bigger Pockets.  I have spent the last 30 years investing in real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area and I would like to start learning more about out of state investing as well as offering my stories on the ups and downs of investing in the expensive Bay Area market.  I also have experience in the pros and cons of investing with qualified retirement plans.  I look forward to being part of the Bigger Pockets family.
