Hey everyone! My name is Jacob Johnson, originally from Dallas, TX. I went to school at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. I discovered the immense potential of investing in real estate when through an internship with a small company that owned and operated section 8 housing apartment complexes across the country. Fast forward 2 years, and I have since graduated and moved to Kansas City, MO, the home to several things, including great food, the Chiefs, and a host of new investment opportunities. I am really eager to get started in the buy and hold section of real estate. I am very open to feedback, and if you are in the KC area and would like to meet up I can already tell you the answer is yes!
