Hi all! Just signed up today although I have been listening to the podcasts for weeks. My hubby and I are in the Sacramento area and purchased a commercial office space last year. We just put an offer on a house we hope to gain as a rental and would like to continue accumulating rentals in our region. We are brand new to real estate investments and would love to chat with anyone in our area that has any recommendations. We are excited to begin this venture!
