My name is James Cheatham and I am just starting out on my investment path. I am hoping to purchase my first investment property in 2015/2016 time frame. I transitioned from active duty military into real estate back in June 2014. I am really enjoying this career path and look forward to participating in this forum.

Currently my team handles a good deal of VA foreclosures, and retail sales up to $1M.
