Newbie in PG County Maryland

Hello BP community, I'm currently new to real estate and live in District Heights, MD. As I start my journey I'm finding a lot of people I talk to also have an interest but have taken no action due to fear. I hope to find success to inspire others to get active and be what they want to be. I plan to start by wholesaling(the right way!!!) and look forward to being apart of the community and any advice from those who have been where I am. Also, if anyone in my area is looking for an extra set of hands or hours I would love to help your business in order to learn the business. Thank you.
