I am Senai Mengistu, I am a kind of accidental real estate investor. I have full time job, active duty military,and every two- Three years I have to pack up and move. Every time I move I buy a house, fix it and live on it until the next move,then rent it when it time to move again,only one time I sold a house down south Mississippi.
My goal is to become a full time Real Estate investor after I am retired from the military-in about 4years. I came to BP when I was searching for real estate analyzing soft wear,my search led me to the same question discussion on BP. I like it so far because I saw many of my other questions on discussions.
