Hi.
I am new to investing but have done well in real estate over the years. I live in California and competition seems high out here. Been looking and getting my feet wet looking at Bank Owned properties (REOs). IF you know of any great leads or deals in California or Tennessee (have family there) please send them my way. I teach for a living but like to build for fun.
