Hi y'all! I am a newbie here and I am just itching to get into REI. After signing up and listening to at least 6 of the podcasts so far and ordering The Book on Flipping Houses I want to get into this like yesterday! Mostly I am interested in rehab right now probably in the San Antonio area and maybe venture into my city later on. I have been wanting to do this for a few years now but the match never lit. After joining here I know I am ready for this. My husband is a GC and does amazing quality work and we are doing this together so it's mostly the financing for our projects I need help with. We are probably venturing into HML and maybe a possible partner but right now I am working on our business plan. Just researching right now and I hope to get a deal in the next 2-3 months!
