Hi! I recently created a profile after reading many articles and listening to the podcast. I am new to real estate investing, though I had the opportunity to watch my parents acquire a handful of rental properties over the years that generated monthly cash flow. I currently work in New York and plan to keep my day job while slowly buying properties that I can rent out and pay off over many years. I'm currently not interested in wholesaling or flipping homes (at least for the moment) but would still love to learn about them to get more in-depth knowledge on the industry!
