Well, hello there!
Hello all!
My name is Jennifer White and I am new to the world of real estate investing.
I want to learn as much as I can. I am interested in buy & holding multifamily unit properties for rentals. I am also interested in wholesales. I am happy I found this website. Its going to be like digging for treasure going through all the gems on the forums, podcasts, and past webinars.
I have the goal to create and close one real estate deal by December 20, 2015. That way I can enjoy Christmas and start the New Year off right. Gotta be specific to be terrific. I'll be asking a lot of newbie questions, so I hope for the most part everyone is patient.
Thanks!
