Hi everyone! I am really a New England transplant. Been here just about a year and a half. I had worked for a community bank in Massachusetts for 15 years, most recently as an Assistant Branch Manager. Really want to get into fix and flip. Nervous as are most getting started. Really would like to do my first deal this year. I have been reading and learning every bit of what's here and listening to the podcasts!
