Newbie from New Jersey...
Hi everyone, My name is Aiisha and I am a new investor in the Essex County area of New Jersey. I did some investing several years ago but the market went crazy so I had to focus on something a little more stable as I'm a single mother with a 20yr old college student, and I'm sure you all know that college isn't cheap. I myself am currently working on my Masters. I am a social services coordinator, providing services for seniors and disabled citizens in HUD affordable housing for 10yrs and am ready for something new and real estate is it. I'm diving into the deep end and am looking forward to meeting everyone...TTYS!
