Excited beginner from Sweden

My name is Joakim Hellman and i'm a college student finishing my first year of three. I've know for some time that i want to invest in real estate but just recently decided to do something about it. After a lot of confusion and looking around the internet i found biggerpockets which seems like everything a newbie can wish for!

Currently, I study real estate business management in Malmö, Sweden and I recently decided for real that i want to start my own business in real estate rather than aiming for a career working for another company.

It didn't take long before i found the ultimate beginner's guide to real estate investing here on biggerpockets and it was really great, I will definitely read it a few more times :). Also, I have listened to a few podcasts which also seems like an amazing resource for knowledge.

As the beginner's guide suggested I have started writing a business plan although I feel like I can't complete it just yet because I have more to learn about stuff like exit strategies and criteria. However i do know that I want to hold and rent small multifamily properties.
