I am new to biggerpockets, I am a motivated young man with a full time job as an IT security engineering analyst . I am looking forward to becoming a real estate professional. I have had some experience managing property in the past and would like to try my hand at real estate investing, my ultimate goal is to become my own boss. I would like to make my first purchase in a not so good area and would appreciate any advise from more experience real estate investors on how to go about this in a way where I could maximize profits. any feed back would be very appreciated.
