Hello from Charlotte, NC (advise needed)
Hello, Biggerpocket members I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. Looking for some advise in the real estate market. I'm somewhat new to the business and hoping you guy's may have some tips for the newbie. I placed approximately 4 - 5 bids in the past month and none of the bids have went through. Some bids over the asking price and of course some under. I need a strategy and advise to get a deal at a bargain price and how to succeed in this business. Thanks for any advise.
