New to BiggerPockets, Boise, ID
Hello Everyone,
A few days ago, I stumbled onto the BP website and started listening to the pod casts. Since then, I've listened to 15 pod casts and can't get enough. I'm making a career change from a restaurant manager to a real estate agent. Since committing to this change, I've had my fair share of doubts and fears but feel more confident after listening to the pod casts and starting the Ultimate Beginners Guide.
I'm located in Boise, ID and during my time as a restaurant manager, I invested my money into my 401k and purchased a turn key business with a business partner. My business partner and I have set some ambitious goals that include growing our current business, purchasing rental properties, including multifamily properties and flipping a few houses within the next several years.
I'm very excited to have found BP and am looking forward to networking with all of you.
