Hi Everyone!
I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to Real Estate. I have been interested in real estate for quite a long time now, but this year I decided to make it happen. I am trying to learn as much as I can before I jump on my first deal. I have learned so much from this site and am looking forward to learning more. I am interested in wholesaling and in rehab. I am going to be honest and admit that for some strange reason I am more scared of wholesale than the rehab part of it. I am currently searching for my first rehab deal. Any tips on wholesaling will be greatly appreciated!!
