Hello! My name is Melinda and I joined BP earlier this week. I've listened to a few podasts, read forums and started collection book titles. I've found multiple REI groups that are sure to be positive. There is an amazing plethora of information on here. It's quite astounding - although right now I'm simply, overwhelmed.
I'm 27 and an "ultimate beginner". I am at the point where I'm paying off debt and looking to stash money for a down-payment on a duplex, triplex etc. I have a full time job, but I am looking for a part time job to save more.
I am in Montgomery County, MD and would like to find a part time job (evenings & weekends) working with someone in real estate. Filing papers, making phone calls, advertising - something that gives me more experience than what I have (which is all but nil).
If anyone has any suggestions, please reach out!
