Hello! I am a newbie on Bigger Pockets and looking to invest in real estate using all the information I learned from the pod casts and the forums!!

I currently live in southern california but I am looking to invest in a rental property in Searcy, Arkansas. I attended Harding University and just fell in love with the school and the people in that little town. My younger brother recently decided to attend Harding as well which got me thinking about purchasing a place for him and collecting rent from potential roommates.

Now I was hoping the BP family in Arkansas could help and refer me to any investor friendly and tech savvy real estate agents in the area.
