I'm new to real estate investing but have been in the mortgage industry for over 6 years from sales to underwriting. I'm starting with wholesaling and maybe some house hacking on a duplex as i move up to where i have over 200 rental properties. I'm an avid researcher and came across BP podcast along with a few others and began my process of learning and i put my feet on the ground. Im a sponge and looking to connect with good people to learn from and grow and an investor

I am a strong advocate of finding a mentor that can guide you through this minefield.

You also want to be sure to have a business plan in place before you make a major move...to many people skip this step and end up worse than they did before they started.

You have a good foundation by being an expert in the mortgage industry.

Also, everyone here is very helpful in answering any questions you may have.
