OK - here goes! My name is JoAnn Taylor and I'm 58 years young. I am a licensed real estate broker in this state - I've seen the market DRASTICALLY change in this area over the past several years. Short term I just am looking to supplement my income. Long-term I need strategies for building wealth. I also long-term have a desire to participate in the affordable housing marketplace.
