Hello BP,

My name is Chevron (Yes like the gas station) I am overly excited to join Bigger Pockets and look forward to expanding my knowledge database for real estate. I am a Iraq and Afghanistan Veteran. Born and raised in Chicago Il. I currently reside in Lemon Grove CA. With that being said i would like to start taking steps to invest in my hometown since it is currently a buyers market. i have the biggerpockets books and started implementing the information.
