Hello! I have been researching REI over the past year and have ran into a few nay sayers warning me of the risks that come with investing in real estate. I have decided to seek council from those who have actually done it, so here I am! I hope to one day be a resource to others, but right now, I am just trying to find my way!

I would love to be self employed, but now I currently work in sales in the construction industry.
