Hello everyone, my name is Cliff Elome, new comer to BiggerPockets I've been studying Real Estate investing since October 2014 I left my job in February 2015 to fully pursue Real Estate full time, this has been a passion of mine since I was a child I'm now 32 years old based out of Miami, FL and I've been lucky enough to meet a lot of investor like me through my local REIA, looking to seek more networking and guidance in wholesaling, for my biggest challenges are finding motivated sellers anyone have any advice of guidance you can get out would be great.
