Hello BP! My name is Shemika Jackson, most people call me Sjay. I am from Cleveland, Ohio, & just recently became serious about my real estate wholesaling business! I was introduced to the industry several years ago, however my belief level and mindset was way off. As I realize the potential REI has and what it can do for my family I have recently realigned my career goals and become 120% focused on building my REI portfolio.

I am the mother of four, and they are my reason why! My goal is to be financially free by the time my oldest two graduate high school (5yrs).
