Hello everyone,
My name is John, and I am a new investor in Richmond, Virginia. I did househacking before I knew it was even called that. That helped me save up a lot of cash to invest in other properties. Speaking of, I just purchased my second property yesterday which I'm ecstatic about. It was an arduous journey, a lot of sacrificing, but busting my butt working two jobs, school full time, while househacking finally paid off.
