Advice for a newbie

Hello All,

I'm new to bigger pockets and have mainly just been reading through other topics on here- but I finally decided to post.

I'm a younger individual looking to get into the Real Estate game, I'm currently working on obtaining my Real Estate License and will be looking for an office to sponsor me shortly. My main goal eventually is to be able to buy/flip houses, or buy, renovate and lease them. 

Any advice that you guys can offer to me? I'm in the NW suburbs of Chicago.
