New member from Albany, NY
Hi Everyone,
I've been reading/learning from biggerpockets for a while now. Recently moved to the area about 6 months ago and coming from central New York I have found the market to be noticeably more expensive here in Albany.
My time has come to take the plunge into my first real estate investment. I am looking to "house hack". I was recently approved for financing and I'm looking for a duplex in the Delmar/Southern Albany area.
I'd like to meet some local investors and try to absorb some knowledge about the real estate market.
