Hello from Pennsylvania....
Hi, My name is Jon Frame and I have been wholesaling in Reading Pa for over 2 years now. What an awesome site this is with so much information no matter what your experience level is. I am happy to have found this and can't wait to dig in.
I have sold over 25 contracts (not properties, we sell paper, Realtors sell properties) in the last year alone on a part time basis. I am now looking to steam ahead full time as I was just made aware that the company I work for is cutting 9 jobs and I will be one of them as of this Friday 6/20/2008. I have been a printer for almost 10 years with the same company and when I saw signs of what was coming I looked into Real Estate Wholesaling and now I thank God that I did. I will now use this opportunity to focus 100% on RE wholesaling and investing so I can support my wife and 2 kids.
If anyone would like to pick my brain on wholesaling or give any advice I welcome anyone who would like to do so.....Thanks for reading....
