Hello there!

I am new. My name is Tony. I want to learn more about real estate.  I am from Sugar Land Texas.  In 2014, my wife and I purchased a brand newly built single family home in Houston. The purchase price was $154,000.  The rent is $1500/month.  I am looking to learn more.  I read that the 1% rule on rental.  Was this a good deal?
