Hello! Long time lurker of the message boards, so it is great to finally sign up!
A little about me: I'm 25, and recently bought my first house in the Sacramento area. It is a three bedroom single family home. Thanks to some reading from this site, I have managed to rent out the two initially vacant rooms, which is covering my mortgage payment, plus a little more. Right now I'm in the process of saving for my next real estate investment project, so I am really looking forward to learning as much as possible on the forums.
